Who We Are
The Appellate Lawyers Association is an association of lawyers who practice in the courts of review, and judges who serve on those courts. The ALA was formed in 1968.
Three-quarters of the Association’s 400+ active members are in the Chicago area. The group’s honorary members include sitting judges from all reviewing courts in Illinois.
